Hamilton Gardens is new community near the Hamlin area of Horizon West in West Orange County, Florida.  The community design embraced a modern interpterion of a grove aesthetic and utilized a sustainable native landscape approach with the introduction of created rainwater collection areas within the amenity and streetscapes.

Solterra Resort is a destination resort home community near Orlando, Florida. BDG provided master planning consultation and permitting along with the full landscape architectural design of the community entries, streetscapes, park spaces, and resort clubhouse and amenity site. The amenity site provides a large pool with a waterfall and slide, a beach entry area, and a more refined adult area all within one 6,500 s.f. pool.

As part of a campus wide expansion BDG provided the hardscape and landscape design for the newly configured North Health Garden including the centerpiece stainless steel sphere water fountain and new seating areas.

The Sunridge  Elementary & Middle School Campus is a newly completed facility in west Orange County, Florida. The combined campus provides a shared community courtyard and other amenities in a rapidly growing part of Central Florida.  Architecture by Schenkel Schultz Architecture.

Storey Lake is a new resort community being developed by Lennar with primary single family homes and short term rental resort units in Kissimmee, FL. BDG was responsible for the hardscape and landscape design of all community entries, streetscapes, and park spaces within the residential neighborhoods.

Millennia Park is a residential community in Orlando, Florida on the site of the former Cypress Creek golf course.  BDG was retained to provide the complete community visioning and landscape architectural design for the entry monumentation, amenities and park system.  The extensive park and open space plan provides the residents attractive and useful destinations within the community for active and passive recreation.
